How do differentiate right and wrong answers?

Results and scoring: 

• Each user is warned once if they answer a question incorrectly. 
• The questions marked with a ‘red coloured cross’ are the ones that are answered incorrectly. 
• The questions that are answered correctly are marked ‘green.’ 
• This helps if the user needs to retake the assessment at a later stage.
