      How to create a new DPIA

      List view of DPIA

        • Select the New DPIA button to create a new assessment of DPIA 
        • If you have any existing DPIA, you can view them here and see their date
        • You can switch between Grid and List view of DPIA from the Button top left corner
        • You can toggle between DPIA’s and Templates from Toggle Button in the top right corner
        • Progress will show the extent of completion in the form of a percentage.
        • Editor: An individual who can edit in the process of Data Protection Impact Assessment
        • Reviewer: An individual who reviews Data Protection Impact Assessment
        • Validator: An individual who validates the process
        • Concern Person: Focal person for the Data Protection Impact Assessment
        • DPO: Data Protection Officer responsible for Data Protection Impact Assessment
        • Date: Shows date of creation of DPIA
        • Status: Shows the stage of DPIA

          Click New DPIA Button to create a new DPIA in the Grid or List view.

          • DPIA: Name of Data Protection Impact Assessment
          • Editor: Individual who can edit in the process of Data Protection Impact Assessment
          • Reviewer: Individual who review the Data Protection Impact Assessment
          • Validator: Individual who validates the process
          • Concern Person: Focal person for the Data Protection Impact Assessment
          • DPO: Data Protection Officer responsible for Data Protection Impact Assessment
          • Template: Sample for Data Protection Impact Assessment
          • Date: Date of Initiation for Data Protection Impact Assessment
          • Status: Stage of Data Protection Impact Assessment Currently
          • Save: Save the DPIA

          Then click on the save button to save it.

          Then click on Yes! to save the DPIA.
